SEE BEYOND YOUR OBSTACLES

Gen 15:1 the word of the LORD has come to you today saying, “do not be afraid, My child. I Am your shield and your great reward.”
So many times, we are cumbered with a load of anxiety, fear and discouragements. We have challenges that overwhelm us and leave us discouraged. Nevertheless, the LORD says, “Do not be afraid…”
God had just promised to make Abram into a great nation Gen 12:2-3, yet in human eyes, there was no hope. Sarai , Abram’s wife was barren and besides they were advanced in age.
The LORD took Abram outside and said to him, “Look up to the heavens and count the stars- if indeed you can be able to count them. So shall your offspring be.”
Dear friend, there could be barren situations in your life. God may have said, “I will make you to a great nation, I will bless you…” but it seems that it has taken too long or may be there seems to be no hope. Do not be afraid. Look up to the heavens and see beyond your obstacles. Keep your faith fixed on Him who has said will bless you. Count Him faithful to accomplish what He has promised.
Take off your focus from the surrounding obstacles, look up and see beyond the obstacles.
Abram believed God and it was credited to Him as righteousness. Gen 15:6- you cannot believe God faithfully if your focus is on your obstacles. Until you look up.
Gen 13:14-18 after Lot and Abram had separated; seemingly, Lot had taken the best of the land, the well-watered plains.
Sometime, we may feel that the best has already been taken up and feel hopeless but the LORD says, “Lift up your eyes from where you are and look north and south, east and west. All the land you will see I will give it to you and your offspring forever.”
Child of God, you have a responsibility- ‘Look beyond the limits, lift up your eyes from where you are- from your present situation, from your financial constraints, from your broken relationships, from your obstacles/challenges, from your failures, from your hopelessness, from your discouragements, from your past. Look up to your Redeemer, your Maker, and your Rewarder and believe in Him. Believe that what He has said He will do He is able to do it. Count Him faithful.
Look beyond your limits and believe!

Stop telling and start showing!!!!

The world isn't reading the Bible; they're reading Christians like you&me. And if they don't like what they see in us, they're not going to want what we've got—Jesus.

Matthew 7:20 tells us how to recognize truly mature Christians: "by their fruit."
Stop worrying about the outward show that you put on in front of your friends, and start developing the Fruit of the Spirit in your inner life Galatians 5:22-23

Once you have learned to be kind, gentle, peaceful and joyful even during difficult circumstances, non-Christians will see you and say to themselves, "I want what you've got." Then, you will be able to share Jesus with them effectively.

Many times we try to talk people into accepting Jesus, but yet we fail to show them Jesus

Only an Encounter with God...and the story is Changed!

When you have a supernatural encounter with Almighty God, something is going to happen. Something is going to be transformed inside of you and radiate out into every part of your being, affecting every part of your life! Dead situations will be restored to life, broken relationships will be mended, and impossibilities will be transformed to possibilities.
A woman who had been subject to bleeding for 12yrs said to herself, “if I only touch His cloak 9the hem of His garment), I will be healed.” She pressed through the blocking multitude, she touched Jesus cloak, and from that moment, she was healed. This woman had suffered a great deal under care of many doctors and had spent all she had, yet instead of getting better, she grew worse. Simply, her existence was wretched cz she was shunned by people generally. Matt 9:20-22, Mark 5:25-34.
At Nain town, a dead person was being carried out-the only son of his mother (a widow). Her hope was gone, she was discouraged but Jesus went up and touched the coffin, and those carrying it stood still. Your only hope and dream may have died and people may be out to bury it but just wait! A supernatural encounter with the Merciful, Gracious King of Life, the Rock of Ages, and the infinite and eternal God will restore to life your hope, your dream, your joy. Even those who were going to burry you will stand in awe and will witness the greatness of God and importantly, they will praise Him- Luke 7:11-16.
O, this is all I need-an ENCOUNTER with the Almighty God and my story is changed!

Inspired to inspire: THIS IS THE CONFIDENCE I HAVE: "1 John 5:14-15 says, “this is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if ..."

THIS IS THE CONFIDENCE I HAVE

1 John 5:14-15 says, “this is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us- whatever we ask –we know that we have what we asked of Him.
Eph 3:12 In Him (Jesus) and through faith in Him we may approach God with freedom and confidence
We can approach Him knowing that He is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us Eph 3:20
Matt 7:7 says, “ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door shall be opened to you. Vs 11 if we being evil know how to give good gifts to our children, friends, spouses, how much more will our Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask Him!”
Matt 6:25-34 therefore, I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Consider the birds of the air, they do not sow, reap or store away in barns yet your heavenly Father feeds them. You are more valuable than they are. The lilies or the fields grow, they do not labor or spin, yet God clothe them. How much will He clothe you? Do not worry, your heavenly Father knows what you are in need of.
Philippians 4:6-7 says, “do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. and the peace of God that transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Anxiousness doesn’t add any value in your life
God is able to meet you at the point of your need. Actually, nothing is too hard for Him. No situation or circumstance is beyond His power. He is an unlimited God. Jer 32:17 He’s sovereign LORD, the Maker of heavens and the earth; nothing is too hard for Him vs 27 says, “I’m the LORD, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?” Gen 18:14 says, “Is anything too hard for the LORD?”
Is there a barren situation in your life? Have this confidence that God hears and answers beyond your highest and wildest expectations because He is an unlimited God. Luke 1:34-37 you may be in a situation and you are wondering, “how will this be?” the LORD says, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you and the power of the Most High will overshadow you and grant you unmerited favor. For nothing is impossible with God.”
Have confidence!

You say: "It's impossible." God says: All things are possible. (Luke 18:27)
You say: "I'm too tired." God says: I will give you rest. (Matthew 11:28-30)
You say: "Nobody really loves me." God says: I love you. (John 3:16 & John 13:34)
You say: "I can't go on." God says: My grace is sufficient. (II Corinthians 12:9 & Psalm 91:15)
You say: "I can't figure things out." God says: I will direct your steps. (Proverbs 3:5-6)
You say: "I can't do it." God says: You can do all things. (Philippians 4:13)
You say: "I'm not able." God says: I am able. (II Corinthians 9:8)
You say: "It's not worth it." God says: It will be worth it-all things work together for good...” (Roman 8:28)
You say: "I can't forgive myself." God says: I FORGIVE YOU. (I John 1:9 & Romans 8:1)
You say: "I can't manage." God says: I will supply all your needs. (Philippians 4:19)
You say: "I'm afraid." God says: I have not given you a spirit of fear. (II Timothy 1:7)
You say: " You say: "I don't have enough faith." God says: I've given everyone a measure of faith. (Romans 12:3)
You say: "I'm not smart enough." God says: I give you wisdom. (I Corinthians 1:30)
You say: "I feel all alone." God says: I will never leave you or forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5)
You say: “I am always worried and frustrated.” God says: “Cast all your cares on me.” 1 peter 5:7

Cherished beyond all words, this love never ends
